Hello to all... I'm not new but rarely on here. I've had this coin for many years without doing any research on it. Until, recently finding a sandblasted or matte finish article From Stacks & Bowers. It looks very much different than all my other coins(Finish) It's also a high relief. My question is: Could this be one of these coins? Thank you in advance.

Maybe it was cleaned at some point? I can see black stuff around the devices.

I thought the same thing at first but there are no signs of cleaning marks. It has a very unique antiqued look to it and is why I'm reaching out for a little bit of others opinions. I appreciate your feedback.
