Found this quarter in my change and seems little extreme in distance between some of the doubling. Wexler doesn't have any DDO listings on the site. Only shows few DDR. I'm conflicted. Any and all opinions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

No, that's just some serious Die Deterioration problems. Look at the metal grain flowing towards the rim. That grain flow also wears out the sharp edges of the die facing the rim in the same direction causing the letters to looked doubled.

Agree with Marve, it is DDD. Everything is flowing towards the rim.

Yes, does look to be a matter of Die Deterioration.

It's Die Deterioration Doubling. Caused by the die wearing out.
