2001 P North Carolina Quarter - Improperly Annealed Or Damage?

Hey guys!! So I found these coins a while ago, and I'm curious if they are improperly annealed or if they are just damaged.. One is a 2016-P Harper's Ferry quarter, then a 2001_P North Carolina, and last is 2013-P Jefferson nickel... Any information would be great! Thank you!!

@Mkd1308: Certainly a lot of environmental corrosion/damage. They give off the appearance of metal detector finds. PMD in my opinion.

All of them are just environmentally damaged, none are errors. PMD. You can safely put them back into circulation.
