Mint bloom on high points of design, both sides, scuffed up a tad. Sharp detail suggests early strike in die life. Fields show up darker than devices - suggesting PL
MS-62 or 3

This one came back as MS-64, but did not get the PL designation. I may try to resubmit sometime in the future. Thanks for the responses!

hummmm...  I also have a Morgan like that, where the moneyer polishes the coin with a Butcher knife: Unattractive field...

well, they missed that one regarding the PL designation. if you called it details(cleaned) those the hairlines you are seeing are die polish lines and do not affect the grade. if they cross over devices then it could be construed as a cleaning. for me that cheek is a little to banged up for a 64 grade. they may have net graded her due the reverse and overall luster.
