Restored metal detecting find - likely details from reverse rim 12:30 to 4:00.

Can't decide if UNC or high AU, leaning UNC. Obverse seems wear free but lower reverse vines have what could be a little wear. Just unsure of any die weakness on this series.

Also, subtle but awesome little clash on Reverse. Can see the shield :-)

AU details, environmental damage. Looks like the coin was MS when it went in the ground. Great find.

I don't see any wear and the luster looks uninterrupted to me. Few marks. MS63.

I would say MS 61 or MS 62. Looks uncirculated. Amazing they dropped it coming from the bank.

Literally, the site this was found (railroad line camp) moved off the site at end of 1882. Another 1882 dime found here was in similar condition.
