This weighs 4.5 grams and has a diameter of 16-17mm

This is #3 of 6 in a group of unidentified coins I got a a recent coin show. So far, all have been Indian, mostly princely states.

I thought that the letters would make it easy, but no.

Curious piece, not familiar with it at all.
Makes me wonder if it's Byzantine or some such.
