Looks like corrosion or something else going on above the eagle on the reverse. I'd say VF details.

Attractive coin, but agree with some corrosion and possible rim damage on the upper reverse, VF details.

VF 25/30 details. I'll give credit for a full Liberty band and lean more towards VF30 details.
