Hi, I am hoping @tdzeimia or others familiar with this style of coin to chime in with any info which may nudge me in the right direction.
The cross is reminiscent of some Philip The Handsome and Charles V.
coin is 23mm and 1.37g

Don't recognize it immediately, but will see what I can find.
The legend in the left photo appears to contain ... SIGN ... ANNO
Reminds me of IN HOC SIGNO VINCES which is more typical of Portuguese coins

Having a hard time making out much of the lettering on the other side except what might be MAR around 5-6:00 which is more suggestive of Germany?

Possibly Liege.
They used this type of legend reverse, and there was a ruler named Erard de la Marck which might fit with the few letters we can see obverse.

I will keep searching.

Thanks @tdziemia,
Much appreciated. I had a hunch on Belgium, but you managed to home in on it.

I had a hunch on Belgium,

That was a great hunch, because I did NOT recognize that cross as being typical of the royal issues of Philip or Charles (and I even skimmed through the photos in van Gelder & Hoc to be sure).
The dates I have found are 1512, 1514 and 1515. You can see the digit 1 after ANNO but I don't think there is hope of seeing the other digits (the 5 has that famous "lightning bolt" shape, like a retrograde Z falling backward, as seen here).
