There appears to be rub/wear on the high points of each side and some noticeable bag marks/digs on the reverse. The surfaces look a bit rough, but without seeing the coin in hand, I'm hesitant to make definitive comments. Collecting history one coin or medal at a time! (c) commems. All rights reserved. Agree with commems that I see light circulation wear on the high points, both sides, so I'm going with mid-AU pending your input on remaining luster (or not).
