Where it says dime on the reverse, but all letters looks like they have something dripping from them when I look at it under the microscope. Can someone explain this error?

Radial Flow Lines from Die Deterioration. Not an error. Just part of the normal minting process. The reverse die was worn out when it struck your coin.

The radial flow lines indicate it is Die Deterioration from a worn die.
All dies will start to wear out eventually and look like this.
Not considered an error and adds no value.
