Looks like it might be a VF-35 with some gunk that needs to be removed with an Acetone bath.

I agree, VF. An acetone bath and rinse are probably a good idea.

VF-details ( looks like the rim is bumped up a bit) a good honest coin for the price ( IMO ) acetone should do it good.

I agree....high VF. Acetone rinse followed by Verdi-Care treatment should complete a great find.
