Is this stress cracks from when the coin is being pressed?Cause those lines go underneath the date?

I know it's not an error I'm just trying to educate myself, I couldn't find anything in the coin book that I have

These appear to be Radial Flow Lines, associated with Die Deterioration. https://www.error-ref.com/radial-flow-lines/

Flow lines caused by a worn die. Quite common on dies as they wear out.

Yep, Radial Flow Lines, caused by Die Deterioration. The die was worn out.
