V.V. doesn't give much to go on, but, I'm thinking this might be RPM-003. http://varietyvista.com/05%20JN%20R...0SRPM003.htm Unfortunately, as I write this - I'm thinking MM placement is not correct I don't see anything on Wexler's which I think could be a match.
