Are you sure that it's not just a well placed hit on the ear?

Can't really tell - would need a close-up of the ear.

Interesting
Looks (to me) similar to Wexler's WDDO-003, but not quite
Can't tell from your pic - does yours also have any doubling on the lock of hair behind the ear?

I have been trying to get better pictures with the scope that I have but the pictures I'm getting are with different lighting so what I see under the scope is 100 times better but up until now couldn't find anything other then WDDO 1982 : 001, 002 and 003. But then I came across a WDDO-005 Elf EAR Picture Below which is most close to what I'm seeing under the scope but a little different. I will keep trying with my pictures.

I'm a little confused about the first and last images.
The first coin appears to be 95% copper and the last image appears to be a plated cent.
If so, they can't be the same coin or the same variety.

Please let us know whether your original coin is copper by providing a weight.

BTW- IMHO, your original coin does appear to be a doubled ear.

True, plus original cent is a "D" mintmark - second is a "Philly"

@Petespocket55 yes if you read my previous post I stated that under my scope my coin resembles the last image I posted of the WDDO-005 Elf Ear that I found online because snailking stated that it looked similar Wexler's WDDO-003 and that is true too. Its like if you posted a image example of what a DDO or DDR looks like if you were trying to explain what a Double Die looks like to someone who asked you. The third and fourth images are two different angles of the ear on the coin that I found. And yes It's Copper 3.08g. Thanks!

@Marv65 yes I was referring to the similarities of the ears under my scope of the two coins not the coins themselves.

I think I may have done you a disservice by mentioning WDDO-003.
Seems like I may have set you on a wandering, confusing dialog.
Probably be better to keep your photos to only the coin in question, and post links to any type of references/comparisons.
Hope this helps in the future!
Good luck with this coin. You could always send the coin in for attribution. So far, all my pennies which I sent in for attribution have come back negative. But, even the negatives are informational to me.

@snailking1 No you were right as I said at a different angle it did look like Wexler's WDDO- 003 but still different. I'm going have to do more research. I remember I was lucky and found a 1998 WAM DDR and couldn't find anything on it and thought it was a new find until -makecents- informed me that it was one listed under Reverse Varieties and that's why I couldn't find it. Thanks to him my delusion became what it was a delusion.
