Nice sharp strike, and a good looking coin. The biggest issue will be the cluster of dings on the chin and lower jaw. To me, it's about 50/50 whether a TPG would count the dings and say they are about average for MS-64 or see them as too concentrated in one area and knock the coin down a half step to MS-63+ or a full step to MS-63. Any of those grades are possible here. I personally would center it at MS-63+ and leave some room for a buyer to speculate on snagging MS-64.

Nice coin - the markings on the reverse above the eagle may hold it to a 63 though.
