Bought at ebay auction for $24 including shipping. I think I got caught up in FOMO on this coin—a much more reasonable example in the F15 range just sold for $40. That said, it is what it is, an example of the 50¢ obverse clash on an 1857 Flying Eagle cent.

The back room table is completely empty. My main coin desk is partly sorted, but it needs a lot of work before New Years.

Heck no! =) I went to a little New Years Eve gathering and then watched Ohio State vs. Miami at home with my dog. He's terrified of fireworks. But I hope to conclude that project this week.

In fairness, I did make a dent earlier yesterday with filing papers, shredding unwanted paper, and labeling a few flips.
