Now before you say then why does the stamp go underneath the design indicating the stamp was applied first; the reason is because the stamps ink doesn't adhere to the anticounterfeiting torch overprint. It is made from substances that common ink doesn't stick to, it easily rubs off. Report this Post to the Staff
