Sorry, but all I see is a coin with lots of plating issues, which is quite common for the copper plated zinc cents.

I agree with makecents , I don't see any clashes on the coin .

Sorry, not seeing anything that would indicate a Die Clash or Doubled Die.

Pretty much a normal cent. Just seeing plating issues, Ridge Ring, and over polishing of the die on the obverse.

I agree with the plating with all the blisters but just south of the ear is looked like another ear. Just never seen it before

You did not give a good closeup of the ear area and cannot tell from the full coin shot. Occasionally, there will be clashing of the "bay" from the reverse showing though, when there is no clashing anywhere else, I have ran across these before. Here is an example of what I am referring to I found online.
