I wanted to get everyone's opinion on this Coin. I think it's PMD on the 9 but I am not 100% sure.

I don't see doubling on the date here. It looks more like circulation wear and dings.

There does appear to be some doubling of Lincoln's eyelid, however. The photo isn't clear enough to be sure or make out the key markers, but this could be 1-DO-002 on Copper Coins, a minor doubled eyelid. If so, it's a fairly common DDO for the date.
