Looks like post-strike damage--not a mint error. Please post a full, large and sharp pic of the reverse. Thanks.

 to the CCF It could also be a zincoin in which that would be a plating bubble that has burst. An accurate weight to two decimal points could verify that. In either case it is just damage and worth one cent. |

That feature on the obverse appears to align with the 'disturbance' seen on the upper portion of the right wheat stalk (left edge of right wheat stalk).
