So I wasn't even aware of this mint having errors until today. I just wanted some feedback as to what you all think.... 2021 Tuskegee Airmen I believe it's one of the America the Beautiful Quarters Program... And again apologize for the picture quality one of these days I will invest in a better camera.

Post-strike damage, it looks to me. If the 'feature' feels 'bubbly', I'd say heat damage is a possibility. Not a mint error.

it looks like it was damaged in a fire. Or it was heated from the reverse side and had solder melted on it.
Either way it is a damaged coin.
