Half Follis Of Phocas Or ? Yes, It Is One Of Phocas

It was labelled as a Follis of Justin II (with Sophia), clearly a mistake.
The XX means half Follis, but all the Half Folli from Justin II from the Constantinople have a K not XX.

The lettering on the obverse seem to be OCA, which suggests Phocas. Unfortunately, I cannot find an illustration of a candidate (from my Sear Catalogue #642) of a half follis from Constantinople with Phocas and Leontia, and there is no Officina ε listed.
