Strong AU detail but appears to have been cleaned. Faint hairline scratches are visible on the obverse and luster is absent. The reverse spots further hurt eye appeal.

Caddis

AU details (cleaned)

notice the swipe hairlines across the obv profile and right field then on an AU coin you are not going to see a flat gunmetal coloration. the original skin has been removed so it was also dipped.

determining cleaned coins is one of the biggest challenges and can take years of looking at coins as there are so many ways a coin can be cleaned.
