I am thinking that this 1999 P Lincoln Cent looks about 70% off center. I think I see a nose, lips and an ear on the reverse. Let me know what you think and if my eyes are playing tricks on me. Thanks!

Now don't just blow me off like that - I simply asked a question.
Now if another planchet was covering the reverse die, in a sense it 'could' be a capped die (a blockage of the die) But you are probably correct and the coin shown above is not is the classical meaning a capped die, But 2 planchets were in the striking chamber at the same time.
