Most of what I see is damage, misplaced metal. I cannot really tell what is going on with the mint mark but odds are good you are just seeing the old used up mm punch from back in the 40's.

You have bag marks above the date and a gouge which is damage.
The mint mark looks like it may a die chip in the S.
You can't have a doubled die on the mint mark as it was hand punched.

Just a badly damaged cent. PMD. I agree with makecents about the mint mark. I'd suggest studying about actual errors if you haven't yet. https://www.error-ref.com
