I found this searching through some nickels I had. Would these be considered die chips in the left archway on the reverse of the coin and on the "E" in Liberty on the obverse of the coin?

Also, do die chips and die cracks add value to a coin? I think some of them can be pretty cool myself, but I'm not sure how they are viewed collector-wise in the community.

I appreciate any tips and information on it.

Nice Die Chips and nice Die Crack. Unless the Die Crack or Die Chip is huge, I don't think there's really any premium for it.

Thanks! The die chips in the archway are pretty big and noticeable without magnification.

Nice chips! If any value, very little, in my opinion. This is one I would just put out in the wild for someone else to find. Search on and enjoy it!

I'm actually going to keep it for myself lol I personally like this one where it's positioned in the archway. I'm new to collecting myself and was just genuinely curious if they tended to add any value or not :)

There are more than a few on the Bay to where you can almost see the die progression...

Are those images from the seller?

If not, in the future, please do not post photos of scope screens. Use the memory card or a USB cable to transfer images.
