Looks natural. I also checked the auction listing and PCGS graded it a natural MS64 with an interior die break.

If it is being auctioned on Great Collections it is graded by NGC or PCGS, if the TPG services straight grade it that is an important verification

Looks naturally toned to me. MS-64 sounds about right.

i dont like the toning on it. the eye appeal is on the low end imo. is that a couple scratches on the obv rim K6-K8?

It's a die crack from the point of the bust. Very common on Peace dollars. It often develops into a full field displacement (interior die break) as seen here, usually with a second die crack from the 1 in the date arcing around clockwise.
