Thats a beauty! Can't judge luster from these pics but with those flow lines it must be radiant. I think it makes 65 or better.

i have to grade what I see Mikev50. if these photos are an accurate representation of the coin in hand then the original skin appears to be have been removed. the entire coin looks dull. I think its been over dipped. I hope I'm wrong. if the coin looks different than this try some new photos and i'll take another look.
