I found this going through some coins yesterday. Can someone tell me if this is a double mint mark, or is it something else?

Can't have a Doubled Die on the mint mark as they
were hand punched into the die in 1964.
What you have is worthless Machine Doubling.

I would guess that the die had grease build up inside the mint mark.
