Just an acid etched coin. This is considered damage and has no premium.
The sure sign is the lack of rims as these are the first to disappear.

It has all the classic symptoms of an acid-soaked or "coca-cola" coin: overall shrunken appearance (smaller diameter, thinner, lower weight) plus a pitted, porous surface.
