Yes - that is it. Nice find.  Quote: Just Need the 99, 92, and (if this is even true) 96 Not quite. The WAM reverse variety can be found on 1998, 1999 and 2000 dated Philly mint cents. The 1999 Philly is by far the toughest to find. In 1992 Philly and Denver both minted a CAM reverse variety. These are both rare varieties and command significant premiums. There is no WAM or CAM variety known for 1996 dated cents.

I know very learned folks who have done the roll searching for 5 or 6 decades and still do the same.
