I'm not sure what this is called. Everything I could deduce online is an over polished or polished die. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I'm still trying to learn all this. Thank you in advance.
Is it worth anything? Should it be graded?

Not an over polished die issue. It's actually a Greaser issue. No premium for it, since it's too minor. Not worth slabbing.

I would guess the hot grease brought them out, that layer of copper is really thin and can easily be manipulated.
