1997 P Dime Extra Thick Rim And Flame Touching S And More

Flames touching the S and also another flame is that doubling or die chip also on the leaf too. E plaribus unum is extra thick looks like MD? Let me know what you guys think. Thanks! It seemed to accompany a relatively shallow reverse rim. Maybe the anvil die was too high in the collar, or the collar was badly positioned? Seems like the reeds are correct, though.
