I was under the assumption that a CAC stickered slab meant that slabbed coin fell within the higher end of the slabs designation (i.e. "splitting hairs" somewhat) Now if this assumption is true would it not be possible for a CAC slabbed coin to receive a CAC sticker indicating that while this coin, for example grades MS65 we believe this is a higher end MS65, though not quite good enough to merit MS66? I'm guessing CAC does not sticker their own slabs as I've never seen one.

Not sure what a gold CAC sticker on a CAC slab would indicate. I'm getting a headache.

GLB49, Isn't that their label design and not a sticker?

I do not think that the green CAC oval is just part of the design. I think it indicates that the coins are high end Ms-70. If that were not the case then a seller could advertise these coins as high end 70s when in fact they may be mid level or even low level 70s. I don't think CAC would allow that to happen.

I am pretty sure all CAC slabs have green bean on the label. I have yet to see one without it.

CAC only stickers PCGS/NGC slabs. CAC does not sticker their holders as they already meet CAC standards. If a CAC graded coin is considered high end for the grade a + will be added to the numerical grade.

I double agree. A CAC graded coin is supposed to be equivalent to a PCGS / NGC coin with a green sticker. There is no gold sticker on a CAC graded coin.

I ordered an older walking liberty in a cac slab that says "WitterBrick" on the holder. Not sure what that means. It's a AU58 and has the little green cac sticker/logo on the slab. I don't have it yet or is post pics. Anybody know what WitterBrick indicates?
