Found this 1972 P. Kennedy half dollar with a Die Crack and a bar between the rim on the obverse of this coin! located between the E & the R of Liberty

Looks more like a scratch than a Die Crack. Looks incuse. Also, it doesn't go to the rim either, so that's why I think it's a scratch.
