It's a Linear Plating Bubble. Very common on these Zincoln's. Plating issues. https://www.error-ref.com/blisteredplating/

I'm thinking high AU. It looks very lightly circulated with rub on the high points. No premium for it though. It also could be MS, but I am leaning more towards AU.

a linear plating bubble - IMO not worth grading based on the bubble - which is an indicator of the dreaded zinc decay under the copper plating.

Yes, a classic linear plating bubble. Soft reverse.
