i think this is an emperor victorinus coin this is the only roman coin my grandfather owned I don't know if it is real or not.

so can I have grades and opinions and possible value of it and any other information thanks.

It looks real to me, and is indeed a base-silver antoninianus of Victorinus. Listed in Sear as number 11179. Reverse type is SALVS AVG, the goddess Salus (health) feeding a snake she's holding in her arms.

Sear lists it at $25 in VF. This one might grade higher (I'd cal it gVF), but the price goes down again because it's slightly off-centre.
