There is 2 areas in the reverse near the sun and the rear of the legs? Is this PMD? Or what is happening? Thanks

It's PMD. Might have sat in a cup holder and got stained.

its has holes and looks rough. This is not stained. Some parts are but those area the metal is different.

I wonder if it was exposed to something that caused it to have holes? Maybe some kind of acid? Who knows.

It is PMD of some sort. That couldn't have happened when the coin was struck.
