Not a quarter guy, but I got some. Only real question I have is wondering if that's a clash on the left wreath leafs or is that normal?

I think you're correct on all of it. The wreath could be showing a clash mark.

Yes, likely a clash remnant and some nice concentric die scratches that you can see in your second to last pic.
