Looks like a Greaser. It's too minor to have a premium over face value.

I'll have to disagree with EnV, to me it's just a well-used circulated coin with worn down damage. Face value only

I'm no expert on errors, but this looks like a coin that has worked hard for 60 years and is showing its age.

JustRandomCoins, the second set of pics you have marked up show that this is just damage to the coin in some way during its years in circulation. Grease or a struck through would not affect the rims too. Just a damaged coin. Keep up the search!
