Not a Doubled Die or RPM. Everything is normal. There's no Doubled Dies listed for the 1974 -S Cent.
Errers and Varietys.

with E&V. The T and Y are close to touching due to circulation hits. May I suggest that you look at the reference sites like http://www.varietyvista.com/ and http://www.varietyvista.com/ to see what known doubled dies and RPMs exist for the year and mint mark of the coin you are looking at. After you get more experienced you will be able to tell the difference much more easily.

The mintmark is the infamous "Damaged Punch" from that time period. Not an RPM either.

Not necessarily a damaged punch, just absolutely worn out, and not from this particular time period, it originally came from the 1940 time period, that's why it's worn out.

The link, once again. http://varietyvista.com/Mystery%20o...%20Punch.htm

I am not seeing anything special here.
Not necessarily special, just time.... but it was special that this crazy use of an old mm punch was reused several years later and discovered just recently.
