Hello,
I work at baskin robbins and get all sorts of cool change. I also get some bills from the 80s and 90s. They have small faces. Do these bills hold any value above face? I got a 1990 10$ that looks and feels like it just rolled off of the press. I have a 1995 5$ that my dealer gave me as change that is in beautiful condition. MS-65, if it were a coin.
Do these have any value? Nothing other than their age is special. No stars, no radar, no funny colored seals.
Thanks.

If they're absolutely uncirculated, then there would be a higher value but maybe not so much demand. It's just $15, so I would keep them anyways.

I agree. If you can afford to put something like that away that you got at face value...then do.

What about heavily circulated bills?

I don't think newer heavily circulated notes command any premium

1990's are still pretty recent notes. I'm saying that heavily circulated wont be worth much if any over face value. I have 1935 silver certificates that are heavily circulated and worth very little over face value. If you find some nicer circulated notes, you may want to put them aside as they are vanishing from circulation

I have some 35s too. Is there any place on this site that can help me grade them?

If you post scans here, somebody may be able to give you an idea on grade

Surely certain serial numbers will be worth a premium, even if on a recent heavily circulated note? like 11111111 or 00000025 and the like
