Really nice coin. Unfortunately, there is a pretty large hit below the eagle's right wing (left side) probably keeping from grading higher than 63

Decent strike for a coin in the heart of Philadelphia's die overuse / pancake era. The toning is impressive. The two areas of the coin that caught my eye are the concentration of contact marks on the front of the cheek and the eagle's right wing (our visual left) and the field beneath that wing. I agree with @Freespeech57 that these hits are too much for a 64. IMHO, it's MS-63 on a bourse floor, with a straight grade and nice eye appeal. I have no idea what CAC is thinking about toning, and I've seen them call natural toning "AT" several times. This isn't AT.
