This coin had great detail but dull in appearance. Your thoughts?

To me it's a dug coin or it's been dipped excessively.
Either way it's a AU details coin

Hard to tell on this one. It is AU technically, but cannot tell from the image if it is dull from cleaning/dipping or could it have been buried?

Maybe AU-55. Photo lighting is making it hard to see what the surface color really looks like.

Based on the photos, I'm at AU Details, cleaned, with a possible AU-53 technical grade. The weak obverse strike almost necessitates grading this one primarily from the reverse. There is some luster lurking on the reverse, but if the obverse photos capture the actual appearance, it's fairly lifeless. If this was dipped, the reverse should be as dull as the obverse. I'm wondering if the obverse may have been cleaned with baking soda back in the day.
