1970-S Proof Sets- Different Mint Mark Style?

I have three 1970S Proof Sets.

Two of the three sets have the tall S MMS-009 mint mark, which is correct for 1970.(Proof Set #2)

One set(PROOF SET #1) has what seems to be a different style of S on the coins.

Need help from the pro's on this one.
Are these the same mint-mark style on both sets, or is it possibly something different?.

Looking back through 1968-S through 1973-S there appear to be different punches used during that time on the business strike coins. Nothing noted so far in interest in them......yet. But one is more common on the examples I checked quickly. Probably more study on them will be needed. Thanks for bring the subject up.
