Freedom Ringing - Liberty Bell Silver Medal And Gold Coins

Doesn't seem to be a whole lot of intetest in this "coin" beyond the crazy price.
I subscribe to Coin World and Numismatic News. Now usually when there's an upcoming issue those periodicals and the mint's own upcoming releases page cover details months in advance. In this case...nothing. I suspect details on how these issues came about are going to be be verrrrry interesting (apologies to Arte Johnson, those of you under 70 could look it up).

Hmmmmm, sell out predictions.
Silver: I'm predicting minutes on that. I don't think under a minute.
I think the EU Gold Eagle may be a good example of the speed of a sell out, given that there were about 5000 (I think it was) available at drop time. 100 seconds is the most quoted time of sell out.
I think the silver medal will be the fastest seller by far. 2000 of them, yeah a minute give or take, because the site will also be handling the gold sale simultaneously. I think the silver will sell out as fast as the mint can process sales with the waiting room in effect. I think the waiting room at least assists in keeping the site from all out crashing, but we all know that weirdness still happens.
After that, I think the gold sales will be sluggish. They'll sell em out, but unsure if it'll be that kind of speed or not. Totally guesses here, but thinking the 1/2 oz will be 15 minutes and the 1oz 1/2 hours.

This is one medal/coin that I have no plans on even considering on buying.
