I looked to see if anyone else noticed what I see on my quarter and so far no luck. The date is what is bugging me it was hard to make out for a second. The 3 doesn't look much like a 3 but and neither does the 2. I included pics of regular and inverted so you all can see what I mean.

I don't see anything out of the ordinary, just a normal circulated quarter.

Not the best of photos but it may be incuse Machine Doubling giving it that appearance.
