It's a 15 kreuzer from the Austrian empire, looks like 1660's, Breslau mint. The ruler depicted on it is Emperor Leopold I. It's listed in Krause as KM# 1143. The hole ruins it as far as being a collectable coin; you wouldn't want to pay much more than silver bullion value for it.

Some collectors are not quite as bothered by holes as others. It's listed in the 2003 Krause for $10 in VG. I'd sell it on ebay if I was not going to keep it.
