popped this bad boy from a mint set the plastic was getting cloudy
and when I freed that 64 proof it gave me the bug

i would like to know is this pic good enough to grade from and how bad do the spots effect the grade

I see some dings on both sides, and what looks like some staining from the plastic the coin was in, otherwise I would grade this as MS-64.

MS-64, no major contact marks but enough small chatter to keep them below gem grades. I find it interesting that the obverse is the better side on both coins, it always seems to be the opposite

I don't think it makes FBL, there are a couple spots where I can no longer see the bell lines.

speaking of pass and stow if it can be read what grade would you consider it EF or AU
