Today I scored a 1997 $5 test note in change (to my surprise) which was in reasonably good condition. I had assumed they were all but extinct in circulation.

Wondering if anyone else had this happen lately?

Not sure what you mean buddy. I know what a test note is. I was happy to get one in change, and seeing if it still happens.
